The final phase of painting represents the most important moment of the production of the spreader and, since machines are in contact with fertilizers, they can be subject to a quick corrosion.
In a modern plant, all machines are first submitted to a degreasing and phosphating procedure, followed by an anti-rust bath which is essential to apply rust prevention. On the other hand, robots are important for the final phase, concluding with baking at 160°.
